Which essential shops are still open?

We’re regularly told that non-essential shops are closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The idea being that only essential shopping takes place – food, drink and medication (with the odd exception) are the businesses classed as essential and therefore should still be trading. This, of course, includes banks and building societies. Following on from our list of Wolverhampton takeaways, we ask which essential shops are still open in Wolverhampton centre?

Note – we’ve included links to the website of each shop. Information correct at time of publication. Where possible, stay at home – use the links to shop online instead.
